    I waited until I was 30 years old, 5'7"180 lbs. Couldnt get bigger anymore, just was adding fat, maybe if I researched supps I could but I made sure I was done drinking (4 years totaly now) so I thought I deserved it. Do I regret it....sometimes because it becomes part of your life and changes who you are no matter what you think.

    But to your question, not many wait, thats why you hear these guys putting 15-20lbs, all newbie weight. I get maybe 5-7lbs per cycle.

    I haven't touched AAS yet, I'm planning on it within the next couple months tho. I'm 6'1 and 260lbs and I don't think I'm getting much bigger naturally without putting too much fat on.
