Bicep injections

I have shot Biceps the outer head was extremely painful and the inner head did not hurt to inject but it hurt allot the next day. Not to much to prevent a workout. I like to inject pecs as there is no pain of any kind for me. I just injected both calves in the outer head yesterday .5 cc each and they are ever so slightly sore today. The up side of the calf was I could feel absolutely nothing while injecting. The left bleed allot though. I like to use quads and pecs those are my favorites. I also use delts but, they are hard for me to reach but there is no pain associated with them either. I can't do a glute I cannot see my ass for my chest so no way to aspirate. I hope these rambling helps.

watch doing calves, they are the densest muscle in your body and have ALOT of nerves and blood vessels running through them, you got lucky not being sore but eventually you will tear through several nerve bundles and then you're gonna have a fun week

no prob, friend of mine started off a prop cycle with a shoot to his calf and couldn't workout for a week cause he tore a nerve bundle and couldn't put pressure on it without it cramping, bad way to start off a cycle

Shooting in the calf can put you at a small risk for this and should avoided. If your leg is swollen go to your doctor or ER. They'll do a test called a leg venous duplex to rule out clot. Basically they use ultrasound to see of there is clot in the calves, I used to do it all the time and is noninvasive. Do ayourself a favor, if its swollen, warm to the touch, and some redness then get it checked out. Dont inject into the calf, the risk is small, but its not worth the risk, Ive seen people get these from sittin too long, long airplane rides, etc...It does happen."

I've aways wanted to inject into my traps..When i start my next cycle i will have to give it a shot......where's a good injection point on your traps?

im with bbuilder. you seriously should not need more than those 6 sites. you should be able to hit each site once a week. i never do so many injectables i can rotate enough. i can always hit a site and not hit it again for a week. meaning i hit each site eow.
