I recommend cycling dhts/orals in and out through out this, don't need major dosages. Proviron works great.

6 months is nothing,I just knocked my wife up after being on for 3yrs straight,we tried for 8 months and nothing(whie i was still on
),I stopped for one month.hcg 1500iu eod for 2 weeks and clomid 100mg day for 3 weeks and then I went back on(dont like being off),found out she was pregnant 6 weeks later.
this is my 5th kid,been using for 21 yrs now.stop believing the media
So 2 weeks ago I switched my diet up a little, increased calories by 1000 cals/day
of which 300 cals from protein, 600 cals from carbs and about 100-200 cals from fat.
Red meat at least 5 times/week, 10-14 oz each meal.
Daily intake:
30 Egg whites
175 grams scoops whey and casein
16 oz FF Cottage chaeese
6 cups oatmeal
6 pieces of fruit
1.5 lbs chicken breast (some times its only 1 lb and 10 oz of Tuna)
12 oz beef
1/2 cup nuts
3 TBS olive oil and/or flax
60 grams Waxy Maize
Current Stats:
5'11" 225 lbs BF~10%
Still on 50 mg Test P/ED
Switching to Test E and Deca in 2 weeks 500 mg and 400 mg/week respectivley for the next 5 months.
Oh yeah forgot, divide the entire amoutn by 10-11 meals. (2-3 shakes and the rest actual meals) but my shakes are something like this:
1.5 scoop whey
1 cup oatmeal
1/8 cup nuts
solid work and plan

How do you get your blood work done, what are you looking for in your blood work?
no way you could eat 10000 cals of quality whole foods and good fat to do this!
Plus you can only absorb so many cals a day, the rest is wasted AKA "poop"
the AVERAGE a human male can process in a day is 3500, 2000 is a maintainance diet so people wont get fat at 2000cals a day.
since 3500cals is average then i would eat at least 4000 in case I was on the high side of cal uptake.
that depends on your training intensity and muscle mass, so yes sir you can eat outrageous amount of cals.
so about 3000 cals are being wasted. (depending on your body)
that can get expensive.
the reason you are not getting fat on this diet is that you can only use so many cals no matter how hard you work. and it looks like you work very hard!
Could you add up your daily colesterol,fat,carbs and protien intake on a 7000-10000 diet and post that for us also?

228 lbs
~11% BF.
daily calsis in the 7k range still.
daily red meat, strength increased about 15%.
18months wow. 10k cal a day thats a cycle, best of luck.
Switched to Test E 3 weeks ago at 500 mg/week shot 2x/week.
Already feeling it, water retension is up, strength is UP.
Cals is still around 7k over 9-10 meals.
current weight:
230, can't really estimate BF because of water increase. But getting a BF test today in the water.
I'll keep you guys updated.
