    Thats kind of what I do. I try to eat all my carbs in the morning. But ill a pwo and pwo to it.

    yep, thats it....alll you really nee carbs is in the morning, post workout, and your post workout meal.....sounds like you are going get out of your 218lb rut, and lose some more fat....keep up the good work.....

    Nice job bro...keep it up. At what dose did you use when you were on clen and how'd you handle the sides? I shake so much, I look like a 1962 Chrysler trying to get started....

    140mcg and I had some serious shakes but it really didn't bother me that much. I think I was so determined that I really never thought about the sides even if they were there.

    Ya I wouldnt go jumping on any gear, take your time and let your body stabilize and keep the diet up, rebound after clen is killer. Great work, be proud.

    Ya I'm definitely going to wait until I peak physically before I decide to do any gear. So should I expect to put on more weight since I just came of clen or should I be ok if I keep my diet and workout routine tight?

    congrats man you made a great transformation. your body should be primed for growth now.

    as you increase your muscle mass your body fat percentage should drop if your diet is in check.

    think about if you were 230 with the same amount of body fat.

    Good work on the weight loss...if you are gonna cycle for the first time I'd stick to test with maybe a d-bol kick...I first used juice after losing alot of weight in the process building muscle, I stuck to test my first cycle....

    Just keep to your diet for 2-3 months then think about gear. Test is going to increase your appeatite alot so you want to be careful for a while after losing that weight.

    Good job on the weight loss, but it's not safe to stay in Ketosis for that long, and if you plan on gaining muscle mass you are going to have to eat some carbs. Just be smart about it, but you don't want to kill your body by staying in Ketosis for that long. You are going to NEED carbs.

    ive noticed after a few days of coming off, a huge decrease in appetite which worries me a bit. I dont want to lose any muscle.

    Could you elaborate on that please, because im unable to find any research backing up the claim that ketosis is dangerous over long periods. Im interested to hear any input you may have. Thanks!

    Watch your diet carefully and amp up your cardio and you'll soon be over this minor plateau that it sounds like you're on the past 3 weeks.

    Thanks Man! Ya I'm off of clen right now. I'm taking an NYC stack and thats about it. I've stopped doing an hour of cardio, i'm at about 1/2 hour or so right now and was focusing more on weight training. But I think your right, I'm probably going to bump it back up to 1 hour and an hour of weight training. Thanks!

    I've lost 10 pant sizes with in the last 4 months! So I think i'm still losing but obviously not as rapidly as before.

    thanks man! I only took 500mcg a day. J/k I ramped up to 140mcg daily for almost 4 months straight.
