yep, thats it....alll you really nee carbs is in the morning, post workout, and your post workout meal.....sounds like you are going get out of your 218lb rut, and lose some more fat....keep up the good work.....

as you increase your muscle mass your body fat percentage should drop if your diet is in check.
think about if you were 230 with the same amount of body fat.

the body will also deplete it of muscle, so while you are cutting IMO I would run an AS that is highly anabolic (in addition to keeping the clen as this anti-catabolic) - there is no need at this point to do any ridiculous cycle bro - you have the size natural, just need to make in more pronounced.

Good work on the weight loss...if you are gonna cycle for the first time I'd stick to test with maybe a d-bol kick...I first used juice after losing alot of weight in the process building muscle, I stuck to test my first cycle....

Good job on the weight loss, but it's not safe to stay in Ketosis for that long, and if you plan on gaining muscle mass you are going to have to eat some carbs. Just be smart about it, but you don't want to kill your body by staying in Ketosis for that long. You are going to NEED carbs.
ive noticed after a few days of coming off, a huge decrease in appetite which worries me a bit. I dont want to lose any muscle.

Watch your diet carefully and amp up your cardio and you'll soon be over this minor plateau that it sounds like you're on the past 3 weeks.

Thanks Man! Ya I'm off of clen right now. I'm taking an NYC stack and thats about it. I've stopped doing an hour of cardio, i'm at about 1/2 hour or so right now and was focusing more on weight training. But I think your right, I'm probably going to bump it back up to 1 hour and an hour of weight training. Thanks!
I've lost 10 pant sizes with in the last 4 months! So I think i'm still losing but obviously not as rapidly as before.
