I dont have the macros on hand, ill have to get back to you...
But its about 4250 cals and 300G's of Protein. Now i have a lot of variables in my diet cause i can eat the exact same thing every damn day for months at a time. But generally i never eat less than 4000cals, and 300G's of protein from food.
A few things i usually drink and take along with my diet are as followed.
- Drink 1/5 gallons of water a day.
- Drink 1/2 a gallon of 2% milk a day.
- Drink 2 quarts of fresh apple or orange juice.
- Drink 5 servings (35G's of carbs, 35G's of sugar 130 cals per bottle, 2.5 servings per bottle.)gatorades for electrolytes and further carbs.
- Take 2 multivitamins. Take glutimine to enhance recovery. Take b6 & b12 supplements.
I also get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep a day, and idealy 10 hours a day. I go to bed at strange hours and i tap naps often due to my profession.

anyway, huhtamanki. i mean i know how u feel. you wan quick result and u think aas can help since u heard so much abt ppl gaining 20-30lbs in 3months or so.
you must remember these ppl are experience lifter who knows to lift and eat.
i ve seen pictures how members here and other forums. who look the same in their b4 and after pic. except look more pump thats all.

try to gain till 80kg naturally. slowly but surely. we are just giving advise not flaming you. (:
