Well I think its pretty good so far, I am 22 years old and my father, grandfather and everyone on my dads side is bald, However I do not think I will have the same luck.
I have included Winny with many cycles. Maybe too many.
Winstrol does not burn fat, and nor does anything else. The fat is burned in the kitchen.
I wish it did burn fat though, cause i would just sit home watching tv, take winstrol, and be ripped at 7% bf.
Anyway 1st to second picture is a big improvement, and u must have dieted hard to get there. 2nd to 3rd you look the same. show us another in a month and well know if its working.

Diet Yesterday was.
BF: 1 cup of Fiber One
1.5 Cup of Oatmeal
1 scoop of Whey.
Lunch:
3 chicken Thighs
Crystal Light.
Sipped On some whey while I worked out.
Dinner:
4 Chicken Thighs.
Some Whey for dessert.
1.5 cup of Veggie Beans (1 gram of C and 13 grams of protein per serving, on and 7 Grams of Fat)
Later on in the Night.
2 scoops of Whey and 32 Peanuts.
Totals somewhere are 230P, less than 100C and about 50F.

Hey man - looking good - terrific progress - re diet - you should go for the chicken breast not thighs and get your fat from flaxseed or olive oil. Now go lift some weights!
throwing in legs does alot for your upper body. I didn't think it was true till I started doing legs, it makes you stronger/bigger.

i weight lifted for like 3 years before i really started training legs every week
before that i would train them once every few months. and say ah whatever.
but since ive been hittin em hard my whole body has changed. lifts are up. weight is up. everything is built off the legs

its me and my wife's She loves towels. And I have done both Injectables and orals of winny.
Injectables- They deff hurt, a little more than Test E , Its comparable to Masteron (however winny hurts more)
Orals - No pain! 75mgs for 6 weeks.

Here's a good start for you if you haven't found a leg routine yet.
I like a 12/10/8 format on each exercise always ending with failure. Make sure you look up good form on each of these, you can get hurt pretty bad doing squats improperly.
Squats 3 sets
leg press 3 sets
leg curls/lunges 3 sets
leg extensions 3 sets
calves 5-8 sets (Standing/seated)
