Today I tryed and managed 17 clean pull-ups then my rotator stared up but Im about 270+ right now so I wasnt expecting much.
I'm going to express my freedom of disbelief at the numbers some of you are throwing up.

I can do 12 wide grip with 25 pound belt. Use to do 8 with a 45. God i love tren
well i don't think many of these are weighted. i think if you tried to work them up you'd be surprised how easy it is after a while

i can do about 20 with an extra 40lbs counterweight on the machine lol. too tall for that bullshit.
I remember in HS we all had to do pullups twice a year for phsysical fitness test, the same 2 little guys with t-rex arms only ones that did over 35, neither had any athletic ability and neither was exceptionally strong..both were just like 5'4 with short arms.
a lot depends on your grip strength...you can do so many more when using straps
Hey Smoke you got me i put down 25 clean controlled reps but yeah couldnt do any more but i did stiff legged deads 1st and lying leg curls but ill try again in say two weeks

yeah ill get up there soon, honestly i have never been one who could do pull-ups im more of a bar dip kinda guy LOL
Tried again, this time it was 29. I'm heavier though.
