I read a study few years back that was done. They monitored two people for ten years, one person taking multi vitamins everyday and the other person not taking anything at all. Final conclusion was that there was little to no change in things that were monitored and tests that were done.

A study on two people is not conclusive and too many variables at play.

I had a bad experience with animal pak when I was younger. I was taking all the pills with some orange juice and thought I'd took them all. Finished my breakfast, grabbed the rest of my juice which had been sitting while I ate, and downed it. Turned out one of my pills fell into the glass of juice and dissolved in the bottom. It was one of the nastiest things I've ever tasted, I nearly puked. Now I take everything with water to be safe.

I am so sad I have been using mega men Sport for 2 years now, I used to take one a day but the gnc brand lasted longer, but I am going to get on some animal pak asap, thankyou for the info it has been very helpful.

How could you come to the conclusion based on that article that animal pack is a better choice when it wasn't even tested? Bad choice IMO

Twinlab Daily One tabs. They are very inexpensive and have all the same nutrients as the expensive ones

man all those lively nutrients in animal pak will go straight down the toilet. body doesnt need 1000% RDI but then again the placebo effect has known to cure people with cancer.

I'm on 'super multi vitamin. EBay. I'm uk If anyone thinks ain't worth the cash lemme know. But I also take. Amimos. Whey protein matrix. Nacv2( probably useless). Casein. And a massive massive super balance of veg n beef/chicken b/ tuna

I've been using Animal Pak in the past, but to be honest I was sick of swallowing 11 tablets every morning! Im not bad with tablets, but was getting tired of it. A multi-vitamin should be the cornerstone of a bodybuilders supplementation imo, but there seems to be very little on offer today. Please post what YOU think is the best multi-vitamin on the market, even if it is Animal Pak. I actually think this is probably the most complete one on offer.
