The recommend dosage for Test-e is 500mg split into two dosages of 250mgs/week every 3.5 days.

200mg/week is hrt dosage and would not be suitable for mass gains unless you are running it with another compound.

your comment is retarded and your statement is false! 200 mg of test for a first cycle will be more than enough.. just bc the board says 500mg per week is the ideal dosage does NOT make it true..

200mg/wk is a bit low dude. 300-400 isnt bad though.

its more than enough for a first time user.. he should get accustomed to the test and see if there are any side effects as he is very worried about acne (understandably) I started my first cycle at 200 mgs of test every week and gained 18lbs in an 8 week cycle.. went from 223lbs to 241 lbs.. thankfully I had no side effects and just great solid gains.. kept 15 lbs as well!
