never did a day in jail (spanish law is veeery soft) but had many trials. The most important:
at age 18 the cops caught me driving at 237 km/h, they warned me to stop and i didn't. My sentence was 1 year and 7 months. But cos i had no previous "crimes" i didn't do a day. I lost my driving license though (till the present day i still dont have it).
at age 20 an ahole pressed homicide attempt charges against me. I was found innocent of homicide attempt and video and witnesses proved it was self defense. I went out free. The judge suggested psiquiatric treatment but i was already doing it since my teens.
And thats that.
Got a bodily harm charge this way->dismissed.
Thats one of few times I liked a gd lawyer.
5 felony counts of burglary. The catch? I was 17! haha! I spent only 2 days in juv. det. and then was probation for 1 year and had to pay restitution to the amount of something like 3g's. Nothing too heavy. However had i done that after i was 18..im sure things would be different!
Busted for B&E.
Sentenced to a year, did 90 days.
Was not that bad, it was my senior year in high school. I grew a lot from it, have never been arrested again. Changed my life, turned it around, learned from it, so I can't regret it.
No but I should have so many times,,,,,,and still do not understand how I got away from it...but I guess there is still time....
Meh on second thought rather not leave this on the board
