From what im reading id say avoid doing cycles all together, do more homework learn about what your meant to be doing, how/ways substances work etc
Id definetly get a little more basic understanding first then ask more appropriate questions and answer q's that have been asked to you if want help back

at least look at those and see what they do, and how they could help you during PCT and even some during your cycle if needed.
That is why you should have this stuff figured out BEFORE you start. You may need some NOW or in a week or two and you don't even have a clue what they are for.
