Lots of information in the diet and training section. Read some of the other reviews there.
Based on info and pics posted, I would still appreciate some feedback regarding:
1. 5 or 600mg of Test E a week?
2. Decrease cardio or maintain?
3. Increase calorie intake or add carbs or both?
4. Toremifene or Nolva and why?
5. And curious to know why the bf% two trainers at my gym got was so out of line with your estimates. One trainer entered my age, height and weight into a hand held machine and had me hold it out and squeeze it firmly until it got a reading, and the other used a pincher on my triceps, stomach and the fronts of my thighs. How should I get bf% measured?
Goals: In a nutshell are to keep 20 lbs after PCT and be able to bench 405 for 8 reps. I plan on going back to my usual habits after PCT, are these goals reasonable?
Anything, advice, critique….guidance?
Last night the replies came fast and furious?
I think you'll profit well from a basic test cycle.
don't know what cardio you're doing now.
increase cals, definitely. if you've been on a low carb diet, I'd slowly reintroduce carbs during the cycle, and you should have a nice rebound.
i can only speak from experience on the nolva vs. toremifene. and nolva has always worked fine for me.
those hand held electronic things are never accurate.
I don't know exactly, I'd have to see your whole diet.
you're probably getting alot of cals from fats, right?
well, decrease the fats, introduce carbs, and grow.
Typical Day for the past 2years, very little variation, some days chicken instead of red meat and salmon every few days-
18oz of tuna (3 6oz cans) with olive oil mixed in
12 boiled eggs whole
2 cups 4% cottage cheese
16 0z red meat
1 42 gram protein shot after workout
4 1.5 or so cup servings of vegetables-mostly leafy greens with olive oil
2 servings of fruit and berries
About a gallon of water a day
And 2 servings of Benifiber.
6 to 12 12oz beers a wee
lol @ the beer.
how much olive oil you taking at each sitting?
what kind of "red meat" is that? 96/4 lean or what?
About 8 tsp olive oil a day
1 tsp or so per can- so about 3 a day with the tuna and another 4 with the salad
red meat is almost always a 14-18 oz Delmonico, which is like rib eye, very marblelized and fried in cast iron with olive oil
[QUOTE=derek7m;4550218]lol @ the beer.
In all seriousness, until this year it was more 3 or 4 a night. I hope to have the will power to give it up for my cycle.
ok, well my advice still stands.
cut down cals from the fats and slowly bring in the carbs.
get some variety in your fat sources.
cut out the beer.
