ODD Haugen is a top strongman and is in his 50's. Dr. Squat, Fred Hatfield, squatted 1000lbs at over 50yrs of age. And Steve Goggins continues to squat 900+ in his mid to late 40's. That's just a cop out, IMO.

Nope, just a fact. Everyone of the guys have been training for a loooong time....and there are extenuating factors you don't know about.

Steve Goggins started serious lifting in the 8th grade. Probably not a good example of your average gym junkie....but anyway.
