    A serious crime like murder i am sure he would be charged as an adult but for something like this i don't think he would/should be charged as adult. He is mentally unaware of what he really did.     If the kid should be charged for posting the underage pic should the girl be charged as well for distribution of a nude underage girl (even though it was her) ?

    i agree, and yeah i think she should be in just as much trouble...
    real sticky situation, glad i dont have kids....
    but i wouldnt leave it as a stern talking to, heads would roll in my house....

    That brings up another point.. if the child is so out of control that they are doing this, why assume the parent has the tools or desire to fix the situation with the child.. shouldn't the state step in and educate the child??

    sucks because i hate the argument that "he's just a kid". I knew what i was doing when I was 15. But you can't decriminalize it, they get small penalties and corrective action. Or else there will be more loop holes. Of course not all laws are fair, but you have to try and isolate occurrences and reprimand those involved.

    if a 15 yr old boy has porn of an adult woman on his fone,is that ok?

    9/10 you fancy people similar age to themselves,why is being under 16 any different?

    if it causes distress to the person in the picture (bullying,abuse etc) or is in the hands of an adult,then yes action needs to be taken.

    can anyone on this site honestly say the didnt see or touch a girls stuff (or for the ugly people..wanted to!) when they were school age?

    i did and i knew plenty of girls that would let you.its hormonal curiosity.and thats where these pictures start...but where they finish up is where problems MAY arise.
