I know the thread is old but you seriously need to have your T levels checked. Had I known that I had a T level of 285 I would have never almost destroyed my body just trying to get to 180lbs to see all the muscle fall off 2 weeks later after an injury. Hard gaining is a waste of time and the easiest way to get hurt IMO. Also, if you can't gain with 3 workouts a week there is no way in hell you will gain with 5 workouts a week. It looks to me like you have low testosterone judging by your lack of muscle mass.
