Help with cycle

meals are no more than 3 hours apart
this is just an average day, some days instead of sirloin, its salmon, or tuna, that was just what I had that day
i normally never counted salads and fibrous veggies but do get them in
cream of wheat isn't daily, its usually oats, but that was just what i had that day
workouts are usually before meal 2 or 3, the pwo meal is immediate (10-15min) after workout
i don't normally cycle carbs, but have no problem with doing that if need be
i try to eat whole foods instead of using shakes whenever possible

be patient.. let's get your diet completely in check and ill throw all the cycle advice u need...

i feel i have been patient. my diet is solid, and i believe it is better than about 90% of the guys that are already using steroids on here, from the threads i red. i think it shows i have the needed dedication to adjust it as needed for when i start a cycle, sorry, i just had a goal in mind, and finding what i need to me is harder then adjusting my diet which is the easy part for me

thanx, yes i think i am good on pct, i read all those stickies

i thnk i would have an ai on hand in case of bloating and or gyno signs, and use clomid /nolvadex after for 4 weeks or so , not sure if i would need the hcg or not
so test e, no stacking with dbol? that is what was confusing
and the 99,000 dollar question is the one i can't ask here

i checked out the red banner up top are they any good? or am i not allowed to ask that either?
i saw the threads on injecting, is it any better to do glutes vs quads?

because your running your first cycle, do test e only..


if you stack and something goes wrong, ur gonna be up in the air about which compound did you wrong...
