    I got the london broil marinating right now. I think I am gonna just throw it on the grill. My parentals nor any of my friends have ever cooked the london broil. I got it marinating in some olive oil, spices, and lemon juice.. I might just cook a little piece first to see how it turns out. Time wise and all on the grill...

    Kroger has the london here. Also I found that carbmaster and got some of it.

    sadly i don't have a krogers, and those carb masters are life savers, i'm about to head out to arizona to see my dad and those things keep me from binging at night

    great base for smoothies as well

    Looks like those carbmasters go on sale pretty often too!! Only places I have to shop are Kroger and Walmart. I try to stay away from Walmart as much as I can.. I thought everyone had a Kroger LOL
