Come on your not still going on about this, i was shot one morning 5 times but still made it to the gym in the afternoon...

one morning i went to work only to be stabbed in both eyes,my throat cut and shot 10 times,then on the way to the hospital i was in a major car accident and had both arms and legs severed off!!!!

but funnily enough after a lemsip and a bit of a lie down i hit the gym and had the best arm workout ever.FACT!!!!

Hahahaha, i like it, theres never an excuse to miss the gym....
