agreed, it angers me when people call themselves doctors that don't deserve it, i have 12 years of school and residency ahead of me minimum to get that title and he gets it from classes like spiritual diagnosis.....

I mean that is somewhat of a subjective argument...Ill be starting medical school after my postbac year this year. MD,DO,DMD,DPM,OD, are all certainly entitled to be called Doctor in a clinical setting...PhDs of course are entitled to be called doctor in an academic setting...Chiros are doctors in the sense that they have earned a DC, and you should address them as such in their offices, but the medical profession doesn't have much tolerance for their profession,since some of them deny germ theory, it is actually illegal for them to referr to themselves as 'doctor' in a clinical setting such as a hospital.

i agree it's very subjective and i give people that dedicate their life to helping other great respect, but i think what i highlighted is a good statement and example of someone overstepping their bounds and trying to take a title that isn't theirs
