Yes you do, without diet, training, cardio on point just expect a bunch of sides and no results.
Seen a few girls on this site use them then fall off getting back into their usual routines and all for what? Losing a few vanity pounds that could have been done through hard work?
Again my personal feeling is unless you plan to compete in figure or whatever then no need. You put in some serious hard work with weight training, stepmill, diet, cardio you look absolutely amazing.
And if you're serious lets see your diet and training.
