Only surgery I've had has been gyno and a nose job.
I broke my toe playing rugby and i broke my wrist and really hurt my back when i went arse over tit out of a blackhawk. Was only about a meter but i landed awkward. Im 26 now and I'm feeling older than jesus!!!!!!!! Thank god for pills/powders/liquids and oils
There was a guy i went to school with who somehow twisted his testy around and it had to be turned around by a doctor. Bloody weird ay.
Heel pain could be plantar fasciitis, my wife had it and was very painful in the heel and bottom of foot.
I had 3" removed from me penis...to make it more average size as it was hard to find places to put it without going to the Zoo...:-) LOL
Lmao!
I haven't had anything like you lot.
Hemorrhoidectomy.... not the most pleasant of experiences ....especially if you shit a lot!
Vacectomy .....no problem but remember the smell of the cautorization by laser.... just like a barbecue. Those pipes won't grow back!
Let's see
Broken left wrist (no surgery)
Broken right hand (two surgeries)
Complex tear right labrum (no surgery)
Broken right collarbone (no surgery)
Two broken ribs (left side)
Two herniated discs (low back....lovbyts-was surgery worth it?)
Lumbar facet syndrome (think pinched nerve but it doesn't travel down your leg, pain stays in low back) (no surgery)
Both ACLs torn (knees reconstructed)
Patellar tendonitis (R) (surgery)
Plantar Fascitis (probably due to back injury-no surgery)
Severe concussion (was out for ~2 minutes) that's taken me till now, 4 months later, to be symptom free from.
Made this list, then realized it was just a surgery contest. Broken bones gotta count for something though
BB King. 100% worth it. 1st surgery was on L3 & L4. I had gotten after 20 years I could only walk or stand 10 minutes at a time. After surgery 99.5% better. Walk as long as I want.
2 years later ruptured L5/S1 and could not walk, stand or sit even 30 seconds. Basically paralyzed from waist down and explain. After surgery and a lot of pt 85% better. Manageable.
Happy to hear everything worked out for you.
Back surgery is an option I've always been fearful of taking given my circumstances are nowhere near as severe as yours were. Hearing it was a success definitely gives me peace of mind should I consider it.
There are a lot of bad cases amount us. Some of you guys have been through the wars! Well done for still sticking with training. No excuses for the fat ****s out there!
