Update
So I felt like weighing myself today...i usually do it on thursday or friday mornings but thought i would this morning. I looked down at the scale and it read 241!!! WOW. I was stunned to be honest. I mean my diet has been pretty tight this week but still...this t3/clen must be pretty damn potent.
Anyways....yesterday was chest/tris. Did bench @ 405 for 6 reps....then added 20 lbs and struggled to get it up. SUCKSS!!!!! Oh well..always next week I guess. Did incline and decline press and a bunch of other things also....did abs...and also 15 mins cardio after.
This morning I got up early @ 6am and went to the gym. Did Bis/Back/Abs and then followed it with 30 mins cardio.
GOAL WEIGHT has always been 235....i've been to 239 once and then plumped back up again. So ....I'm feeling pretty good this time about obtaining my goal after today.
EDIT: OH....and I tried to take pictures after the gym last nite but of course my girlfriend had the damn digital camera with her and didn't get home until late. GRRRRRR! I will get some up soon though.
