    So I felt like weighing myself today...i usually do it on thursday or friday mornings but thought i would this morning. I looked down at the scale and it read 241!!! WOW. I was stunned to be honest. I mean my diet has been pretty tight this week but still...this t3/clen must be pretty damn potent.

    Anyways....yesterday was chest/tris. Did bench @ 405 for 6 reps....then added 20 lbs and struggled to get it up. SUCKSS!!!!! Oh well..always next week I guess. Did incline and decline press and a bunch of other things also....did abs...and also 15 mins cardio after.

    This morning I got up early @ 6am and went to the gym. Did Bis/Back/Abs and then followed it with 30 mins cardio.

    GOAL WEIGHT has always been 235....i've been to 239 once and then plumped back up again. So ....I'm feeling pretty good this time about obtaining my goal after today.

    EDIT: OH....and I tried to take pictures after the gym last nite but of course my girlfriend had the damn digital camera with her and didn't get home until late. GRRRRRR! I will get some up soon though.

    12/3

    Well I tried shooting test in my quad today....forget that!!! Never again. Soon as I stuck it in my muscle started twitching all over the place....sucked, so i took it out, changed needles and did my stupid right glute again. I'm about down to then end and i'm kind of glad because injections are starting to hurt since all of them have been moved around on my right glute. Haven't had any problems at all until the last few injections..now i've been dreading them. GRRRRR!

    Today I will probably just do some sort of a cardio routine the gym today.

    12/4 update

    Stepped on the scale this morning and weighed in at 240.2 ...so down another lbs from weds. Sweet! Diet has been on point, abuot 2500 calories a day...low carb...lean meats, natty pb, fish, veggies, cottage cheese, whey/casein/egg powders is about all i've been eating.

    Today i woke up at 6 and went to the gym I did pretty much fasted cardio...took some BCAAs before and during....did 45 mins on the treadmill of my 5/5 routine...which is jog 5 mins, walk 5 mins incline, repeat.

    So far so good, I feel as if i workout in the morning after taking my clen/t3 that I dont have the shakes as bad. I'm on 125mcgs of both...and start monday it's T3 only for another week...then I will stop and only do clen for 2 weeks as PCT will be starting.

    (Today marks the end of Week 11)

    12/7 update - the end

    Well today marks my last injection of this cycle...kinda bummed because i've had such great progress. Better then any other cycle/supplements i've ever used and I'm very happy with what I accomplished. I'm still running t3/clen until the end of this week and then will drop t3 all together until next cycle.

    PCT will include - nolva, clomid, clen and PCT assist. I'm going to continue cutting throughout this week and through PCT.

    I took this weekend totally off from the gym...the diet was not very good this weekend...lots of carbs...but thats really what my diet calls for on weekends since it's somewhat carb cycling as i get no carbs during the week. I notice it benefts me greatly in the gym on mondays.

    lazy bum uve gone through a whole cycle will NO pics, how about posting some before PCT becuase ur gonna loose alot of size once PCT is over

    I'll make it a point to get some pics tonite....everytime I remember to take progress pics my damn fiancee has the digital in her purse and off somwhere either working or out shopping. I'll try to get some tonight after my workout.

    Update
    CHEST/BIs/ABS/CARDIO

    Stuck at the same weight on bench this week....got 405 for 6 reps...but then tried to go heavier and couldnt get it. SUCKS!!! OH well...had a good bicep workout today...tried something new.

    Start with 30lb dumb bell curls til failure. Then 35s, 40s, all the way to 60s...each until failure. Then back to 35s again and so on. Went through that twice and thought my arms were going to fall off.

    Did 20 mins cardio after my workout today.

    Here are my progress pics from the cycle. First pic I was high bodyfat..not sure what....but pry in the 260s before cycle. I'm now down to a more trimmer 240 lbs. Let me know what you all think.

    Before: 262lbs
    After: 240 lbs

    12 Week Test E cycle. Which included preload of Superdrol....and T3/Clen for the last 4 weeks.

    12/8 update

    Well I wanted to do legs, abs and tris today to mix it up and I did about 4 sets of squats and my freakin hamstrings were so tight i could barely walk after the last set. I did 1 set of leg press and had to stop because they just would not stretch out. I had a good tricep workout though, couldnt do cardio because of my damn legs....which were tight all night until i went to bed. Feel better today so I will get in a cardio session I hope!!! Snowed about 8 inches here in iowa over yesterday and today and is still snowing....not sure if the YMCA is going to be open...they closed early at 6 yesterday because of the weather.

    Thanks! Looking forward to keep cutting and getting down to a lower bodyfat% and starting my next cycle before my wedding in May. It's a beach theme wedding so obviously I want to look as good as possible.

    Thanks man! Worked hard, made good progress on all the weights which was one of my main goals. Look forward to my next cycle for sure!

    12/29 update

    Just an update...PCT is going well...even though I hate it....but lifts are still steady and all so that makes me quite happy. I've been trying hard to keep all my gains in the gym so hopefully it's all mental when people are saying they lose all there strength gains. I think u need to stick with it and push through.

    you dont look like you can bench anywhere near 435 even 1 time. props if you can though.

    Still on pct

    Still doing PCT and it sucks not being on cycle but what can you do? Strength is still the same as I was on cycle though so thats a good thing. I also maintained my weight as well.

    Why exactly? I was pushing 250 lbs, i have quite a bit of strength. I was repping close to 400 a few weeks ago and bodybuilder came up to me and asked me how much I bench and said I was getting 300s up with ease. I told him I dont keep track of pounds...which normally I don't. Strength has nothing to do with body physique.

    Still doing nolva/clomid therapy.

    monday jan 11th-18th will be the 4th week of pct.
