update

i ODED and flipped out at my girlfriend (been with her for 2 years), absolutaly flipped it at her

usual swearing, told her to go **** herself, etc etc

she told me it was nothing, and i was overreacting, she told me that she wasnt flirting with the guy, and she loves me,
and she said the guy knows about me and he just likes making jokes about the stuff, and he wouldnt even try anything coz hes just a friend

she started crying, telling me she thought i trusted her

i stopped yelling, n just thought nto worth getting mad over, and said i dont wanna be in relationship with her anymore

she went to the bedrooom and cryed most the night, then i later after i calmed down went and sat next to her

she said that shes really sorry if it looked like they were flirting, she told me she loves me with all her heart, so i re read over everything i had read, and noticed it was him egging on the flirting and she handnt done much

she knows the guy coz he coaches a basketball team, my misses does also for the same team

so i said i was sorry, and we had make up sex, WAS GREAT

as for the solution,
i still admit i feel a jealiousy,
dont know why coz i sorta realise i do trust me misses, and not giving myself a big head but i really do think i have more to offer then this guy, also i know shes never cheated on me, and i cheated on her once (she doesnt know about obviously) at the start of our relationship

persoanlly i think i over reacted, ive always trusted my misses talking with other guys and never reacted like this

just going to have to say that its all the test in me, and it just made me over react

msn she gave it to him through facebook, since were in mis 20s we use facebook lol, (unfortunatly)

as for texts, yes ive read them, both outbox and inbox, and their wasnt any deleted by looks of it since i scanned through them like it was a conversation and their seems to be no missing bits of a convo, and no big gaps between message dates

as for the convos, hes done some egging on in texts

I know I got a bit snotty with you earlier in this thread but im glad you've come to this decision. At the end of the day, a relationship without trust or broken trust is just a sinking ship. Cause you'll never be able to ignore it, you'll always have a little voice at the back of your head whispering to you. A lot of people are too weak to end relantionships, they'll live in ignorant sadness and hope things work out.

All the best and maybe you can work something out with your now ex in the future. No hard feelings mate.
