I would say you look slightly leaner in the later pics no size gain just leaner. good work so far, make sure you get on a good bulk after your done theres lots of room for improvement in size.

ye sorry i converted the units wrong. We use kg's here in sa. I weigh 68 kg. Not sure what that is in pounds

I got slightly leaner than that last pic when i arrived at my holiday destination last week, but my diet has been terrible over the last 8 days, so i have put on some bf% and i am holding plenty water. Feels bad man, but i will get back on track when my vacation is over

I actually completely messed up my body because of the holiday break. I basically took 3 weeks of gym while traveling the coast of South africa. Then last week I went up to our safari reserve in Botswana. I was planning on getting back into shape because we have a small gym there and I was planning on getting my eating back on track. But the second day I got there, I contracted bad food poisoning so I couldn't eat much and was on the toilet most of the time.
The difference between the last pics I posted to now is epic. It will take me at least 3 months to get back to where I was... it sucks!

I already stated in the thread that I had made a mistake with the conversion. Maybe you should read the whole thread before posting?

I'm weighing 66kg. Lost some muscle over the holiday season because I went on vacation for a month and was not training.
