    What is up Messy! A LOT of great guys still here and its awesome to see people pop in from time to time. I know a lot of people either grow out of the message boards OR life changes for them and they discontinue AAS, but its always cool to see people we have known from way back!

    Been here since 2004 and I was wondering if you can drink Winny?

    Every now and then, I wonder what happened to BTDR, Massjunkie, Lozgod, Carlos, Big Red and a few others…
    I also remember some of the drama with da bull, AR and a few others…
    I got into a few political pissing contest with Godfather, Logan and Blome
    Enjoyed the pics Kale put up of his girl when they allowed the nakedness
    Read a lot of Narks and Swolecats diet post

    I felt bad when I heard Swolecat, Mavs, and T-mos pass away….

    Overall, this board has been quite the experience and it keeps me coming back for more… Thanks to all my brothers & sisters out there…

    I have only been around a couple of years but I am loving it, hardly on AR lounge
