When you do find someone who has used steroids between 18-22 they will most likely tell you that they wish they didn't.....
Listen...... People don't tell you ignorant lazy kids to stay natural until 24/25 to keep you down. It's not a big conspiracy to keep the world small while we get bigger...... IT'S FOR YOUR OWN FVCKING HEALTH!
If you don't like the answer then goto another board..... let someone there tell you that it's ok..... run your cycle..... and then find out down the road that you need to be on HRT and your insurance wont pay for the $250 bottle of testosterone, the $180 HCG, or the $150 clomid. It'll serve you right.....
and remember..... because you didn't take the advice of someone who knew better..... you're stuck with paying those high costs for the rest of your life. If you can't afford it..... guess what..... low testosterone until you CAN afford it..... hope it's worth it.....

Juicing early really is not taking the easy way out. It is a shortcut to failure
Well Said....
This is the worst post I have seen since being a member here. This guy is totally immature and doesn't even care about his future AT ALL... He's going to screw up his life and regret it when he gets older. His immaturity shines thru when he is saying he doesn't care about the future. Then why the hell are you in bodybuilding???? This is a LONG TERM lifestyle and if you don't have the patience to do things the right way you will ultimately fail.
Wouldn't it be funny if the OP gains a ton of weight on cycle then never gets his natural test levels back and quits bodybuilding to be a fat slob with no sex drive that has to shoot up everyday for the rest of his life??? Actually, it wouldn't be funny but it is a HUGE possiblity.
lol this post should be a sticky to all the young ppl who have done little research
im 21 and have done 1 cycle (fingers crossed my HPTA survives it) and with this post and many others getting into me before, it has sunk in and i shall do my diet and build my base up for prob the next 4-5 years naturally.
I believe its definately the age with Exilus, he needs a good kick up the butt to wake up to himself, but i was once 19 so i can't talk.
Keep up the good work fellas, the inspiriation and knowledge is sinking in.
At least i can say it about myself.
35 when I started, damn I'm a fool. I should have started at 15
my roomate sold steroids when I was 20 and I ran my first cycle in my 30's.
to the OP im your age.... stop being a panzie
I dont think the OP is mature enough to think about things reasonable and has just moved on to find another board that wont care about his age or health. Im sure he is going to continue using but will probably be back eventually when he starts to develop problems. Hopefully he will use the same user name so we can point to this old thread....
1. To young
2. You workout for 2 hours? Why?
3. To young
4. Not eating nearly enough
5. To young
Want to know why we say you are to young? Because you didn't take time to properly research what you're doing, and just went ahead and did it. This is how we KNOW you are to young. Anyone who knows anything about lifting knows that 2 hours is over-training. At that point you're just taking steps back.
Fail to plan, plan to fail.
WTF?! 20min ABS?! ok BillyBanks.. but if you were a pro you'd know about 7MinuteAbs!!
anyways i do cardio when doing resistance training but i'd never do 40min of cardio thats idiotic and counter productive..
im going to level w/ you here.. i read this entire thread.. there is alot of bandwaggon parroting going on but in all honesty..
YOU LACK COMPLETE BODYBUILDING KNOWLEDGE.. in about 4-5years you will click and be like WTF was i doing.. but regardless of what you see/read/do now.. it will not matter. this is NOT something you can can learn from hearing or seeing.. this is a "learned experience" and you will just have to go through it your self... its sad to say but your going to regret about 80% of the things you have said/done at this point in time of your life but what ever.. we all make mistakes so chalk it up as a loss (later on) and hopefully you can learn from these present mistakes. anyways your being a total retard and your diet sucks balls and wouldnt even work for that of a 12yr old girlscout

19 is not too young.... (calm the fuk down u old guys)
its only too young cos MOST 19y.o dont know enough
OP.. your diet is sh*thouse
- ur training is sh*thouse
ur an idiot
im also 5-10 started at 140lbs and got to 206lbs without aas, took 10 years and i didnt get serious about diet and supps till about the last 2 years.
the food is undoubly the hardest part, and took me time to force my body to eat that much.
This thread is almost 6 months old. No need to necro it to bash me.
A conspiracy to keep the world small while you grow big ha ha ha Haz man you crack me up! Op please listen to these guys they have helped me with so much and they can you don't be another know it all looser soak this infor like a sponge its free learning man! And I know this is a old thread revisited and I read you've done a second cycle man I hope you get permo decca dick what a looser I hope the admin ban people like you for ruining the learning process for the rest of us!
Awesome now other idiots your age are going to destroy their bodies to. You are the man Exilus!
Im sharing my personnal experience. I have never incitated anyone to follow my path.
i agree fully with diet. my first cycle was test cyp/decca and at first my diet wasnt shit and i wasnt seeing anything, then my connect started coaching me along and next thing i knew i was 30lbs bigger, and kept 25 of them post cycle. currently on tren/prop and my diet is wild...i just got finished eating 10 egg whites, 6oz piece of salmon, 1/2 cup oatmeal with protein powder mixed in for taste. (this is my pre sleep meal) and then i wake up at 4am to eat again! haha nutrition nutrition nutrition
LOL, I just spent 20mins reading this entire thread. This is what I have concluded...
1. OP is an ignorant, immature, 19 year old retarded bodybuilder that will be on HRT for the rest of his life.
2. Now, he is just about bragging of his success and now some 15 year old will think "it worked for him it will work for me"
3. 5 years from now this guy will be asking how to get his thing up.
4. Tai is my hero for bringing up this thread.
I'll interject this for what it's worth:
I'm about to turn 43, and I wish I knew even half as much now as I thought I knew when I was 19.
Over here we call these kids that put that weight on so fast water boy's...
jesus, i grew like a weed at your age and didnt touch gear until 32
Am I the only person seriously f n irked that the OP doesn't do squats or deadlifts
