Estane and xtrene cycle

hey guys i am thinking about taking the estane but i am new to this stuff.. i do not really understand much of your posts. I am just wondering if you could help me out on exactly what i should stack with the estane and what liver support i should get and what pct i should take. Also i would like to know the dosage i should take on a week to week basis. Any help would be great
