    I wanted to post a reply , but I have no abs to speak of .

    If you have food a processor you can make your own hummus with any kind of beans .
    You don't need to add olive oil . the paste like hummus is like a condiment to sometimes boring chicken and tuna . As boring as it might seem = complex carb , fiber and a little different flavor . If no food processor just mash them .

    yea thats just what I had heard but it said he was getting around 600g of protein a day coming from 70-130g protein meals plus however much carb wise an stuff. if this is the case I will eat much more at a time if our bodies can absorb more than 50

    lol yea kinda emabressed I even did that. I have spent so much time reading food labels i know almost any food off the top of my head, kinda sad i messed up what an egg white was haha oh well

    I just wanted to add here things i do when i get hungry in between meals is drink more water and chew gum. The gum really works for me...Also how is ur eating habit? Do you swallow it all down fast or do u eat it slow? Eating slower helps to feel fuller and u enjoy the food more...

    I managed to over overcome being starving all the time... I still snack on nutz during the day... but I split up my macro's.. I eat oatmeal between my veggie/meat meals and snack on peanuts between both of them...
