    dude! the gear you have is bunk!!! there's no way around it. I'm on a cycle right now and I put on 48(from jan 4 to present) pounds and I'm saying my gear is bunk. could you imagine how pissed I would be if I only put on 7 pounds.

    It may be bunk (odds are it is). But before you cycle again I would look into the diet mobojumbo before you do. Just to be sure you get the most outta it

Although it may be much less of a gain for someone who is already above their genetic limit.     Sounds like your diet put on those pounds not the juice. I've been on cycle since december 3rd to present and have only gained 14 clean unbloated pounds. Real galenika testE too.

    99% of competitive bodybuilders lose a substantial amount of weight while in precontest mode. Do you think these guys are adding weight while going into a show? Not how it works, I started my contest diet at around 240lbs last year and stepped on stage at 192lbs. Had nothing to do with a bad diet or bunk gear.

    Let me elaborate a bit more. I am not saying the guys diet may not have been bad and I am not saying his gear might not have been bunk. What I am saying is if you are making drawing these conclusions off of how much weight a dieting bodybuilder gains percontest you are mistaken.

    I need help with my diet. Im going back to the diet forum to do some more research. With my genetics I could compete if I took this serious. I think I need a mentor to help me out.... lol

    I knew some guys that ran test e, prop to start and tren at the end. They made very little gains because they didn't pay close enough attention to there diet and had same old workouts. I know the stuff was good cause I ran the same stuff. I also new a kid that would take one cc of test e a week drink beer and eat like shit and get gains off of it still not sure how but aas works different for different people.
