im taking clen and winny, tryin to cut the fat and keep my muscle and gain muscle for ball.
doing two a days.
but man, good results, my coach would be thrilled if i make progress like you.
because your before pic, is exactly what i look like right now except im 6'2 and 230.
Haven't been using a fat burner for around 2 weeks now. Been off clen for around a week now, since that last pic was taken. Might start taking the fat burner again if I can afford it.
Right now only using test/winstrol. Will be back on the clen in around another weeks time (want to give my receptors a rest). Completely dropped the t3 because I think it's not needed for my goals, plus I felt really flat and felt it was burning some muscle at 50mcg/day.

hey kiki when you were cutting down from your beginning photo, your diet and exercise and supplementing, what was it exactly? because did you lose strength as well? thats scaring me. i need to drop my BF but keep weight up and muscle.

I kept my weights the same for the 3 months or so, didn't really try and increase strength just maintain the weights I had. Now that i'm on cycle however, my weights are going up again.
ty. I was doing around 65 minutes of cardio a day, 45 minutes AM empty stomach cardio with around 15 grams of zero carb whey prior, and then 20 minutes PWO cardio.
I've not been doing as much as I should. About 3-4 days a week now, but I will be doing atleast 5 days a week with atleast the 45min AM cardio.are you still gonna do daily cardio on your current cycle ?

You said you were on clen for 5 weeks at 120mcg? Doesn't your receptors not respond to clen after 3 weeks? thats why people go 2weeks on and off

Thanks guys. As you can see in my avatar pic which was taken yesterday, i'm holding some water. On some training days where I want a specific muscle group to grow, i'm actually eating above my maintenance calories. I could be losing more fat if I continued to do as much cardio as I was pre cycle, but i'm still losing at a steady pace now and putting on a little bit of size too. I'll post some more update pics in a weeks time or so...
good and solid result.. did you keep track of your Heart Rate while doing empty stomach cardio and post work out?

Great job man, right now im trying to cut body fat while also trying to gain muscle size in my armse and shoulders/chest!! i recently started keeping picture of any progress, im only 16 or so days in!!
Just wondering did you keep taking pictures every 2weeks or something like that and when did you start noticing really good changes?

Ty. Thing is I always had some muscle, I was just so fat and bloated that it didn't really show in my before pics. Anyone with some muscle will always look a little bigger IMO when they shred some fat. gooduck with your cutting!
