If anyones feelings were actually hurt I would say lift heavy and eat like a beast.. if you keep doing it eventually you wont give a shit what anyone says (unless it can help you)

Eh haven't broke 200... bunch not ruthless.... You just have a far way to go... And personally i won't lie... if you look at me in my avy a lot of people will much rather see the 6 pack and shit.. but me.. i want to just bulk bulk bulk until im a good enough size before it rim up. everyones goals are different. people need to try and keep that in mind before posting. i tend to post how i would want to be..

This thread stinks of failure!! lmao
To tell you the truth, I have never benched 400 before. The first post about repping 400 on bench was just an example. My personal best is 315 x 10. 335 x 6 also. I do not have the balls to load up 4 plates, since I do not work out with a spotter
Maybe once I get a few cycles under my belt I will be able to lift 400
I used to talk about lifting "X" amount of weight. Now that Im aging I'm more concerned about getting the most intensity I can lifting the same weight. I do more reps, drop sets, negatives. Nothing wrong with lifting "X"amount of weight, but at my age, the PR thing will bust my ass.
Starting week 4 of tren enanthate and no significant strength increase yet.
(first time using tren.... using 450mgew)
