    I wouldnt throw more tablets in the mix and defo wouldnt try any stim's,I would cure the problem not cause another.

    Have you put any weight on lately? have you had bloodwork done to check on your rbc's?

    did someone checked ur thyroids? I was tired all the time till i was prescribed test e and all those idiots thought that main sign of low test is low sex drive in my case it wasnt an issue so these are the 2 things i can come up with also did the dc recently change ur medication?

    Well tomorrow i will finally have my blood taken should have results back on monday at the latest.

    I am the same here. Always seem to be tired yet when I try and sleep I'm wide awake it's a serious kick in the stones to be honest.

    Bloodwork came back and the results were fine

    Recently i have only been taking 225mg of venlafaxine every morning, I have stopped all other medications, but yet im still always fvked

    any suggestions on next course of action?

    I would say like a few others suggested and see if your insurance would cover a sleep study to test for apnea. That would definitely give you the symptoms you are suffering from.

    Venlafaxine (Effexor) will make you want to sleep all of the time. I was on 300mg per day and all sorts of other chit....but, have you had your Testosterone level checked recently?

    I was put on all kinds of meds, each one to treat a different symptom. Thankfully I have now a doctor open to think out of the box, and it yurns out I had a very low T level (141ng/dl), causing BP, Cholesterol, Depression, lethargy, fatigue, aches, you name it. Now on TRT, and do not need to take ANY of those meds now......just a thought.

    Low T level can cause serious problems affecting every aspect of your life, including serious depression.

    Maybe worth getting it checked.
