Real Estate Business Opportunity (no matter where you live...)

One year ago, I came accross a real estate business oppurtunity in regard of a flat of 250 square meters located in downtown Rome, nearby Colosseo.

The apartment is on a last floor (with elevator) located into a building built in the last period of the XIX century, 1885 if I recall correctly.
In spite the flat is located downtown, it is very quite and luminous.
For those who has money to invest, it is a good opportunity since these kind of flats are unfindable in Rome, and also the prices have fallen sharply lately.

I tried to publish a proper advertisement not only here in Italy but in several important cities around the world.
Unfortunately, I was not contacted by serious people.

So, the deal is this, one of you guys provide a buyer and you will receive 35% of my compensation, which is 100.000,00 euro.
The price of the apartment is 2.200.000,00 euro and it is not negotiable.

How you will receive the money and the other details can be easily setup later, obviously you need to fly to Rome and if the deal goes in, I will reimburse the airfare.

This is not a joke, neither a scam attempt.
You may attend the notary deed if requested and paid right there cash on hand.
