No effin way.. you only need to eat 2.5 g per lb of body mass and for you at around 275lbs you'd still only need like 650gs maybe 700gs at the very most. 3000 grams of protein a day? just to put that into perspective, steak has about 7grams of protein per ounce so thats 428 ozs of steak or 26lbs of steak a day... I can't imagine the amount of fiber you would need to eat to just keep your guts from backing up, not to mention your cheeks would be seein more action than a gay porn star..
I can tell you one thing, if you come to my house, no you may NOT use the crapper..

like i usually have upto 8 meals a day sometimes more because i get real hungry all the time
i meant like 500g steak or 500g chicken i dont know exactly how much protein is in each of it just aslong as the MOFO is big and filles me up for a hour and a half or 2 hours

dont know why i get soo hungry all the time but i just eat n eat n eat. all good food no rubbish. i get checked out usually every 3 months to keep a check on my body so far so good. back then it was hard to eat as much food as i can eat now but i guess now im very use to it.
I think he means 3000grams of protein foods eg steak, chicken. Though animal meat is usually only 20% actual protein, so your protein intake would be around 600 grams.
Mind you which is alot, your blood urea would be through the roof.
If I may finally put some of my thoughts in this thread. Being 300 pounds you are seriously going to be putting a lot of stress on your heart!
I completely agree... this would be my concern being at such a high bodyfat to start the cycle.. if you are 17-18% now and will definately put on more during cycle, plus a shitload of muscle, your body is going to have one hell of a time keeping up... your organs are going to hate you for this. I would sooner drop 10lbs of fat first off then have that cushion to add back in muscle

Bro, how can you mistake 500 grams for 3000grams of protein???...i can tell you this...i would get blood work done asap...im sure your ldl levels are hilarious....to each his own and i wish you the best but being 300 pounds means nothing...ive seen guys weigh 255 and look like 285-290(myself)...and ive seen guys weigh 300 and look like all they sis was eat hot dogs...but good luck to you..
