    Very confusing thread, just wondering how you stopped your cycle then started it again without proper PCT??? It looks to me like you never planned your cycle and just went in blind. Are you really on cycle now because this is confusing as hell

    How tall are you? How much did you weigh before you started lifting and had like 20 give or take bf?

    How many cycles have u done?

    Ur post just motvated me to go do a second workout today. I'm gonna grind up some tren and apply it transdermally and maybe work my bi's and traps (did tri's this am).

    Then I'm gonna come home and down another 75 or so grams of protein.

    U have to realize the difference in body size, genetics, and the fact that I have only done 1 cycle before, anavar only.

    Now I"m jacking 100mg var/day, tren 60mg day (about 4 days week) and cyp at 500mg a week. in addition i'm on a couple peptides that are indicated to make ur body pulse GH.


    If I have done 10 cycles and was 5'9" tall could I be doing what I am doing, no fringgin way. But if shaq decided to start jaking tren and test could he start packin on friggin lean bmass pretty friggin easy... I bet so.

    what did your past var cycle look like when your BF was WAY up there? how many MG's and for how long? how much cardio did you do and what did your diet look like? I am just wondering like HP said.

    Do a search under my name in this forum. I posted pretty much all the details (and before and after pics) I think it was named "Middle aged fattie + anavar =?" or something like that it was over 2 yrs ago I think as I have been in rehab for a year since then

At my last check still nothing. Hell go to CM and look at the threads I started there and how a 'stranger' came in the thread and started asking questions about accusations of posts I made there, I played dumb and said I searched his name and couldn't find any links. I asked someone to post a link for me. Then the thread turns into an immature cluster **** by the guys in the thred.

    I'm 43 years old and already have one detailed log in this forum from 1 1/2 -2 years ago with pics.

    There are liers and bs artists at CM. Your quote of morty is the first one i have read of his posts since i put him on my ignore list for asking him to show a link from CM about what they say I said, something he continues to libel me with but has yet to provide any evidence.

    Current weight: 259lbs.

    Last nights workout went well, but I kept it short and sweet, putting maximum intensity into every set I do. 6 sets on my bi's and 3 sets on my tri's. I could really feel it late last last night as I've went through my whole upper body in the past 3 days I think so today I think I am going to take the day off.

    Sorry, looks like they changed the post saving criteria. I did link to that thread sometime within the last 6 months or so when I was contemplating this thread, I searched for like 5 min and couldn't find it and don't want to look anymore. I was a thread I started I think, but maybe not, people were ragging on the cycle and I got the skeptics to admit that the changes in the pics were dramatic although they didn't believe it was safe for me to do that cycle (I had my counter arguments of course indicating that many younger people not opbese would be at greater risk than I running a var cycle- ie i had cholesterol of 136 low bp, take a skinny kid with bp thru the roof and terribly high cholesterol and they are at greater risk). I took myself from catagory of obese to not obese with that cycle, and in doing so prob added like 10 years or more to my life expectancy

    But you did say you were done posting, which I think may be a good idea for self satisfaction. Unfortunately no one has given you an ounce of credential. Your results just don't appear possible.

    So, my advice is to pack it up and write it down in a journal. You don't want to drag your Name through the mud anymore.

    With that said, this is my last post. I'm Dissapointed.

    Just got back from the gym. Worked my chest, 5 sets of incline flies with lighter weight but really streching my arms out past 90 degreee angles except for 1 set and 3 sets of presses with wide grip.

    I have decided to show DSM and only DSM before and after pic's. He was pretty involved in my initial thread so I think he knows me a little bit. I will email him the pics or something though and he can come here and comment on my before-after in his opinion if he is willing to take the pics and post his comments NOT the pics since u guys r talkin shit, this is MY log, I can run it any way I want.

    Current weight 260lbs. I think the 261.5 a few days ago was an anomaly as I weighed myself in the afternoon or early evening that day rather than in the mornings as I usually do.

    I also asked my wife this morning if she could notice anything different about my body and she touched across my front delts and upper chest indicating they were bigger. I could notice it in my chest (which is nothing to brag about because my chest is lame, it's mostly fat down the lower part of my chest, but still nice to see the progress).

    Also took my 4th shot of test cyp today so it should be kicking in any day now, hoping it will increase my gains, my main concern now is my feeding, I hate preparing my own meals and my wife doesn't exactly like making me 7 meals a day and going food shopping 2-3 x a week so I have been over dependent on whey protein recently rather than good hearty lean protein. That's what I see as my biggest challenge, getting my ass to the store a few times a week and buying up the foods I need and eating real food every 3 hours and only shakes PWO and before bed (maybe occasionally additional ones here and there).

    DSM has agreed to review my pre and post pics and honestly give his feedback of my progress or lack therof. My cyp is just kicking in and i'll be on for 8 more weeks, the var and tren will be done before then but I'll still be on the peptide combo thru pct and after....

    Short but intense workout this am. Worked my abs heavier and harder than I ever have. I think I was noticing the test kicking in some on top of the var. I only did 5 sets but put full intensity into them, squeezing my muscles like a mo fo at the end of each rep. Hopefully i'll be feeling up to going back to the gym again tonight....

    Another double workout day today. Went to the gym tonight and worked my back with some emphesis on rear delts. I really hate my shoulders as they are weak, in particular the rear delts which don't even show and barely show if I flex it.

    Also picked up some weight gainer as I am thinking of focusing on bulking for the next few years and then cutting for the following 2 or so to get where I want to be astetially. I don't know if this is the best course of action, I'll have to do my research to see if this is a good way to reach my goal (maintaining an ~18 to 25% bf while sipping some letro during cycles and gettting up to 300lbs or so then switching up to cycles like prop/eq/primo/var/winny). Depending on how I look as I approach 180 or so I might have to lower that bf so i don't look like a lineman, I would prefer to get to the monster back look (give or take with the bf) while bulking.

    Took a rest day yesterday.
    current weight as of this am: 255lbs. Other than noticing I have lost some fat on my ass I'm still not sure what to make of this drop in weight. My mid section looks the same, it doesn't look like I"m shedding any fat off there. I sure hope my feeding isn't soooo out of whack that I am loosing wt due to under eating protein while lifting hard and heavy....

    The series of double workouts last week kind of kicked my ass and I wound up sleeping through most of Sat and all of Sun. I also took Mon off. Worked traps and shoulders last night.

    I'm conflicted about where I want to keep my bf at. After sipping some letro and waking in the am 8 hours after my last meal and looking leaner in the mid section I start to want to focus on bf reduction as part of this cycle. But when I'm lifting heavy I'm thinking more of heading towards 290lbs and then spending the next cpl yrs leaning out.

    My biggest issue right now is my diet. I've been inconsistent and def not taking in enough protein given my size to stack on the muscle. I've switched to a weight gainer from straight up protein but am not eating enough whole foods, in particular proteins, my muscle food.

    My body comp is still changing for the positive but I should be eating 4-500g of protein/day and am eating closer to 300.

    I've also been off the anavar and tren for the past week, just on the pep's and test cyp. I've gotta cap up a bunch more var caps as I def noticed the decrease in strenght at the gym last night after being off of var for about 6 days.
