It's just that you have no consistancy with what you've been doing for the last 2 months, your weight is all over the place, you stop your cycles and then restart them (with completely different components), and all the while you're packing on an incredible amount of "muscle" (ie, you saying you added 5 pounds of muscle in a week) while your self-described bf has been going down, all while doing "ZERO CARDIO" and probably not having anything close to a proper diet. You're either an insane genetic freak, who we would all like to learn from, or you're grossly exagerating what's actually going on with your body. With how defensive you are about posting pictures, we can only assume the latter.
