    Your body fat could quite possibly be around 9% as all your abdominals are visible plus you have ALOT of lean muscle mass....

    Ghetto: Thank you, I'm very anal about things like this, and I'm a very scientific person, i need to know every detail. You should see my diet log, it records EVERY micro-nutrient (every mineral and vitamin) and every macro-nutrient in every bit of food i put into my mouth. BJJ inspired me to do thsi log.

    Haven't seen you for a while IMunchRoidz. No I can get one, once i drop to about 6% you can see the whole 8, ive had it before when i was training hard for a big fight.

    Haha, i could get below 6 if i tried, but i think i want to drop to 7 and im happy. Im not a bber, theres somthing about stanging on a stage all tanned up that doesnt appeal to me.

    Notes: Nothing new to report, tired from lack of food, haha, but im going well. Screwed my macros the day before, but fixed it today . Cheat day tomorrow...YAY, dont know if i want to do it but, i think i might skip it. Headaches are gone, as i knew they would. Clen is still working, cardio is FVCKED because of the clen, but i push through.

    if its a small cheat like a slice of pizza or something

    I did the cheat day, it wasn't much, i had a box of cookies and some banana bread. I didn't really feel like cheating. At least i did it right before i trained, so i burned the sugars.

    Same as every other day, lots and lots of red and white meat and then before training i had a box of cookies and after i had like half a loaf of banana bread.

    Notes: My abs are out much much more, and the pits on either side are deep, i love them, so do the girls . I can now fit into jeans that i couldn't even put past my thigh before! Strength is pretty much the same, a few drops due to lowered calories.

    Nothing special, I'll write a typical day up though in the next day or two. Lots and lots and lots of red/white meat, little fats and all complex carbs only. It's a mental challenge to eat those boring foods!.
