You should see my diet log, it records EVERY micro-nutrient (every mineral and vitamin) and every macro-nutrient in every bit of food i put into my mouth. BJJ inspired me to do thsi log.

Notes: My abs are out much much more, and the pits on either side are deep, i love them, so do the girls. I can now fit into jeans that i couldn't even put past my thigh before! Strength is pretty much the same, a few drops due to lowered calories.
