IMO, his age isn't the main problem. The problem is EVERYTHING else about him and his proposed cycle.

It's good you are watching out for him. I hope he will listen but being a guy he will probably let his ego get in the way and think you dont know what you are talking about.

Yes #1 it is a waste of money 100% with his stats.
#2 can definatlyally cause ED issues
#3 Other side effects like Acne, bloat/water retention
#4 if his diet is not very good he will loose all his gains.
#4 not working legs he is an idiot. You can NOT grow if you dont work legs. Every seen a body builder with small legs? NO. I have seen people who work upper body and not legs, they are not BIG but they can look buff but they look stupid with no muscular legs.

Tell him he already looks like a Ambercrombie model so he had better not get any more ripped; ie loose weight.

Tell him the Winny is probably just horse piss. LOL But do tell him the person selling at thy gym is does not have his best interest in mind it's about $$$$ but you talking to him and telling him about this site you dont have anything to gain except for staying a good person and helping out someone else.

I havent tried winny personally myself but from the info ive read up on i dont think a winny only course will even add 5 pounds let alone 10, tell him to get his diet sorted and do 20 mins of quality interval cardio and he will definatly cut in 2 months MAX!

so here is a UFC fighter that is 5'11" and 155lb (he is weighing in at 155), so these guys walk around and fight closer to 170. This is with serious cutting and dehydration and that is what you look like on the scale

here is what 170 looks like

therefore I am being led to believe he thinks he needs to cut weight and at 4% your body will go into survivor mode and not let you lose fat so I doubt he is that low anyway and he isnt gaining because he is worried about losing fat. He needs to be EATING and doing big muscle group workouts as suggested before like squat, dl and bench.

THANKS GUYS ! A LOT! Really appreciate the input.

I finally talked to the 21 year old in private. I shared everything on this post plus more. I think the ED clenched the deal.

When I asked him why he thought working the legs was not a good idea, he said he had heard that kids should not work their legs since their growth plates had not finished growing. Well.... I told him he is 21 now and needs to work his legs. Squats. Squats. Squats.

And I told him Cardio and Eat right 6 x's a day ( 3,500-4,000 calories of the RIGHT FOOD) and train correctly with proper form.... and to stop talking to people in the gym especially to the "pushers" and to quit comparing himself to the guys who are destroying themselves with steroids so young. And that when he gets in his mid 20's he can then re-consider winny and all of this, but for now being under 10% BF to do it naturally while he can....which many guys can't and are jealous so now is the time to take advantage of his edge.

With the acne and not knowing if the winny is the real stuff and ED SCARING THE PANTS OFF OF HIM, I think I got thru! THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE!
