Thanks, Started the weights again roughly 4 months ago after a 3 hiatus, but did alot of running, swimming, walking, push ups, pull upd, dips etc.. I do have muscle, I am in fact looking to harden up and get that ripped look. I did research on the trin and masteron and it seems like they would work good together and give me the results I want. The test and deca I have run before and they gave me great results. I really would like to understand why the cycle I will run is such a problem, they are 4 great compounds that I really do feel will give that Rambo look..lol Again I am not looking to gain 20-30lbs of muscle and be bloated.. Im pretty sure if i only took test-e and kept my clean diet up I would get ripped, but I was reading that the masteron will shred u at a low B/F and the trin puts on hard quality muscle, and of course deca is great for the joints and test-e well ya need it, since deca and others will shut you down... I have yet to see anyone post anything intelligent to what I posted (with Machine being an exception) it seems like this board is full of people that think they know more than they do and also like to bash other members over the net. This board was alot better years ago when I was more active

Lets say Im taking the test e, which ofcourse is the basis of any cycle becuz of the test shutdown, at a low dose do combat this shutdown, now I add the deca becuz I like it and it helps the joints, now the fina and the masteron will harden me up nicely, fina is very strong from what I read so I keep the dose low. Why run two compounds at high doses, when these look like they would work synergystically to give me the results I want. Its like food u can survive on bread and water, but a meal that is comprised of diff. food groups and flavor makes it better.

I will use this to get ripped for the summer. I have done 6 cycles in the past. 35 yrs old. Im right now prob 10% or less b/f and going lower. 5.9 160lbs
test-e: 150 ew 12 weeks
trinabol: 125 ew 10 weeks
deca: 300 ew 12 weeks
masteron:325 ew 12 weeks
proper pct in place...

You need to work on your diet drastically because this is an area were you can improve alot, running steroids isn't going to do anything for you because you simply don't have a diet to maintain any kind of muscle mass, this may sound harsh but its true, its pointless running aas if you can support the new found tissue with the required diet, so your wasting your time and effort.
Please head over to the diet section and post your diet, once you re-design your diet you will start to build some muscle but until you stop thinking steroids are the answer and start looking at your diet your going to be going 2 steps forward and 3 back, best of luck

Thanx I will check it out, I have been eating really clean, lots of veggies, chicken,lean meats, whole wheats, brown rice,egg whites oatmeal. I dont think anyone understands that I am not retaining tons of water and for 164lbs im not as small as people think. Im also not going for the mass look, more or less the rambo look.lol Very defined, dry, ripped, look maybe a 10lb increase in quality muscle...
based on the stats you gave and the fact that you have done 6 cycles, and gave no other hitory as to how long its been since you last cycled, the observation was made that diet was clearly lacking. that being said welcome back to the board and i know there is good suggestions in abouve posts. i dont want to turn this on you but mybe be a little clearer in future post
