I agree he is definitely funny but so is anyone who has no inhibitions whatsoever about following social norms.
Like my 6 year old nephew likes to randomly drop his pants and moon uncle robby (me) and I think its cute/funny, but I'm also pretty sure he has
some of that douchebag dna in his tiny little frame. And I'm also quite sure when he gets older his face in some way or another will begin to resemble either
greg valentino or mr mike sorrentino. OMG both their last names end in "tino" that has to be latin for douche!

I'm not quite sure myself one minute people were confessing about all the fattening foods they have ate
and another minute mike the situation began appearing everywhere like a virus.
If anything... it really gives you a wonderful reason to stick to healthy foods. Never know where the situation
might be lurking, but something tells me its not a salad bar.

Not really a cheat but I did have 2 vodka and dr peppers last night.....

I usually have at least 1 beer a day
on my first cycle I did and had good gains
on my second cycle I stopped, had shitty gains
on my third cycle I did and had good gains
I played Mass Effect 2 for 5 hours after work instead of going to the gym
Ahhhhh this thread is making me realize how bad my diet is this week. It's been a long week of getting sick and eating shit.
I just ordered two medium sausage and hamburger pizzas..... Both for myself hahahahaha
I've been an all around disaster for the last 2 months.... I even ate McDonalds at 1am the other night then went straight to bed..... I've been eating pizza twice a week. I still eat most of my meals in healthy form but I can't seem to get control.... funny thing is, I am stronger than ever right now!
Yeah I'm actually seeing better lifts and results in the gym too lol. I am lucky enough to be able to stay fairly lean with a dirty bulk tho.
I hate cutting so I just change from dirty bulk to lean bulk lol.
I'm sure my metabolism will slow eventually.
