I am looking for names of songs and or Dj's to download. I AM NOT LOOKING for that gay ass radio techno that has words. I am looking for fast paced techno(200 beats or so per min).

You're gonna be hard pressed to find anything that high unless you're looking for Gabba, or Hardcore Trance. Or maybe some Happy Hardcore, but that only gets up to 170-180 max.
