just afew to show some of my progress, weight now stabilised at 200lbs and has been for 3wks now, strength going up so i think ive found the magic line between gaining muscle and losing fat slowly.
pics not the greatest but show loss around the abdomen, retention of size in arms and traps and more definition around rear delts, traps and rhoms



pics taken unpumped as usual and after a big brekkie so im alittle bloated. cardio up in the air this past few weeks due to work. still a way to go yet but in no massive hurry. gona cut till the end of may and then cyle and hopefully get up to a lean 215-220lbs
