    Very true.

You wont find a more powerful laptop.

Their M18x with the highest specs is a f*cking monster! But your going to spend a lot.

It is however, a super charged Dell...

Matt....you can find a bunch of Macs on ebay plus Apple sells refurbished ones if you want to try to keep the price low as you check it out....and then get hooked!

Theres no way i could get a second hand one, i like to know im the first and only person to use it....

I just need to decided whether to have the 13" or 15", is there a big noticeable difference?? Besides the extra £200..

Totally agree in being the first person....just thought I would mention it~

As far as the inches? Up to you. I prefer the 13" since I do not want anything bigger to carry around. There is more power on the bigger one but again, unless you are doing major work I would not mess with it.

There is one thing which bugs me but not others which I must mention: In the newer versions they are unibody styles where the screen is very glossy. And I do not like this feature. There are many discussions on this. Some people love it. Others not. I don't since it reflects every single thing around like a lamp or window. Some graphic designers love it, some not. It is very personal. And I think perhaps if this is an issue then I think ( not sure) that the bigger macs offer a matt screen whereas the 13" does not have this option. And when I say glossy I am talking SHINEY like glass which I think it is called actually.

Hope you enjoy it! I know you will and if you have a store nearby remember to take advantage of those geniuses who have been sent to Cupertino for training.....and on another one I had Final Cut but if I were to get it again I would simply get Final Cut Express.....

I am using an Asus right now. Paid a little over $700 for it because I wanted something that would run World of Warcraft. Pretty decent little machine.

Got my first Apple after years of Sony, Dell, Pac Bell, and HP

    Got the Macbook Air.
Love the Safari layout/functions, I-Photo, I-movie, Camera/mic, no antivirus, auto dim keyboard and screen, super slim/light, super fast, and it´s appearance compliments my guns when I´m typing away at Starbucks in my tank top.

If u really need to run Windows, as me, u can download "Parallels", and run Windows and OS at the same time.
Love it, and I will stick with Apple from now on, getting the desktop next, with the 3 screens in series set-up.
