This theory is constantly parroted by a bunch of cosmetic bodybuilders (no offense) Not everyone cares about have a six ack.. i am not working out to "look better with my shirt off" esoecially since the shirt only comes off once a year here in Ireland.. the high BF causing estrogen conversion is xomplete bullshit.. people with naturally high estrogen tend to store more fat, so then people use the reverse of this saying that fat causes estrogen.. that is bull shit.. it is layman's science.. i cycled at 23% went fdown to 20, and cut to 18 and will cycle again and cut that bf down to 15% Bf.. if i fail i personally will send you your next cyce of tren and test for free.. this board as my witness..
As for higher BF% like 25% or so you might be more prone to gyno cause you already have bitch tits and it is hard to see what is going on under the fat.. If the rule is 15% for power lifters than you could kiss the strongman competition goodbye.. i agree you should be 20% or blow to start AAS.. se how the side effects are.. worst case scenario you get puffy nipples ad water retention.. take some adex and problem solved

i ejcourage you to site any sources that say high BF causes higher sideeffects diectly and not just that it makes the harder to determinell ad all of this can be fixed with a'dex
