Quads and delts for me.
Don't like glutes at all! Wanted to try pec's but wasn't sure tbh....
Ok maybe not the easiest but the least painful for me. Quads are the easiest but leave me limping around 1/2 the time no matter what I inj.
Delts do become my least favorite spot towards the end of cycles because I get too bulky to reach all the way over and pin but in the beginning they're money
23g 1 1/2" glutes 23 1" for delts and quads.... Screw biceps and pecs injection, I dont go there.
