now thats discusting to me. Fast food and shit food doesnt taste good to me. (exception of pizza) cheat days for me just normally mean im getting carbs from simple sources or maybe a lil extra fat but i agree with twist once i cut those foods my body doesnt crave them anymore. (I mean soda,fast food,candy,etc) i though i do enjoy an ice cream now and again
