You see, i am not interested in being 200 lbs..it would not look good on me, not too mention it would be a health concern. Most People are overlooking some important points here. The best position is being as light as possible with as much muscle as possible that is what good health is about. Not being as heavy as possible with as much muscle as possible, because at the end of the day, lots of weight means more health concerns. Understand the concept...light with as much muscle as possible. I know many will have a hard time wrapping there heads around that. But it's proven for a longer life. It makes sense think about it. The other think is juice is like an amplifier..think about it like this..if you are healthy you take juice, it works better. It amplifies you're already great health..growth promoting effects. If you are unhealthy and you take juice..problems arise..cholesterol, bp , test converts to estrogen, like a domino effect the sides start. You should always strive for health first. Everything else follows in place. Keeping healthy will cut down on your sides.
Listen I've done juice on and off..i am 40 i have a full head of hair, i have no bitch tits, i have normal test levels. Always think health first whenever you put something down your throat. I choose not to do test..it was a choice. I suffer no mood swings, no gyno, no water retention, no acne. i weighed the options and I am looking better every week. I will let you know how it goes..
