Thanks Cycleon - now I'm all made up.

Sorry freakmaster, I have only tried it on versions of Excel. I understand there is a convertor with Star Office to convert MS documents to XML (Star Office format). The developers here at AR are converting it to a web-based tool and will make it available via the AR site. I am also looking into writing a stand-alone version but as I'm a busy man I cannot promise when I'll get round to it.

Probably, but you need to be a little more specific about your problem. Read through the Cycle Planner thread - many problems have already been addressed. If after that you still need help then PM me and I'll assist.

BY THE WAY FOLKS - CYCLE PLANNER 4.0 IS JUST ABOUT READY FOR RELEASE!!!

    Thanks

Thanks folks for continuing to download and use Cycle Planner and for all your great comments. Sorry I never got around to releasing v4 - too many other things to do (like looking after the little one). You never know I might get some time and inclination to finish it one day.

    Thanks guys!

    Fedski,
I'm a newbe and was wondering what else I needed to use your planner? I have D-Bol, and ANODROL. I trying to find a plan for using these two items or whatever. I'm NOT going to start soon as I need to learn more. You obviously have some knowledge I sure could use. I'll give you what ever info you need, and promise not to take up much of your time!

okay so I am a first timer and I want to just shred what left of fat on my body and build a bit of muscle. I am just wondering if the cycle that I am choosing is going to be a good cycle for that. I am already on a nice lean diet and I work out like 4 days a week now but I just want a little more.
What I am going with is
    WIN: 50/25 day one/two
    Anava: 30mg a day
    Clenb: 80 to 120 mcg/day
For about 5 weeks cause its all I could afford currently.

    and for the post do:
nolavdex and slowly take myself off that

I am just wondering if thats a decent cycle to lean out on while gaining a bit of muscle. If anyone could let me know if this is a good cycle or tell me if there is a better way to use what I have to get the lean strong muscles that I am looking for.

sorry to interrupt the flow of the thread, but what is the purpose of HCG in the table? i thought HCG stimulated estrogen and progesterone synthesis.

Many people use HCG after a cycle as it returns your testicles to their normal size.

It's in the Cycle Planner as an example only.

Aha - funny you should mention that. I was working on that last week. Didn't get it to work though and didn't have the time to finish it. Will probably look at it again some time soon. But, if you manage to get the code working (to show the weeks) then I'd be grateful if you could send the updated spreadsheet to me and I will add the code to the next release.

    Many thanks.

Just thought I'd let you all know that I bust my PC. Which is one of the reasons I haven't been making many posts and haven't looked at developing the training spreadsheet yet.

It might be a while before I repair it - I've spent all my spare cash on my next cycle - well you've got to prioritise haven't you?

hey i have a question - please tell me about impotence side effects cause everytime I have done my cycles my sex drive goes up and maintains but some say that after some time some people cant get it up any more - is that true.

Also i plan to hit the GH cycle soon and need some recommendations for myself as a novice GH user - cause from what I know this this the shit that make you grow and you can keep the growth so long as you come down off of it properly.

Sure, that would be cool. If you don't mind let your members know where they need to come if they want to ask me questions (AR of course).

    Cheers.
