One thing everyone should use is the "File Shredder" program for computers. Its free. Remember when you click delete and empty your recycling bin those files are still on your computer . This program write a series of 1s and 0s over that deleted data so that it can never be recovered. This is a great security step for any information you do not was to be retrieved. It is also a must before throwing out or selling a computer. www.fileshredder.org/
