at nearly 40yrs old and many injurys later i find that looking good is far better than trying to stroke my ego with monster lifts...kudos to those that are into powerlifting if thats your thing, but as a bodybuilder i find for me anyways thats its not about the weight but actually feeling the muscles work buy focusing on the mind muscle connection and utilizing more volume, thats what keeps me progressing...that being said the working weights i do youse are of a respectable level imho...
