Hey thats great man! U see the benefits of making the diet up urself aNd posting it and having it critiqued and then reposting a revised version until u get to an acceptable starting point?

u learn by doing it which is way more important than just having someone say "bill eat this"
As far as ur cycle it is ur business what u do.. I do stick to my suggestion of posting it in the AAS Q AND A Forum to get some experienced advice .. The good part of it if u stop u will still have it a few months from now to use once ur leaner
